Helen Mitchell has become a trusted advisor to business owners and executives.  She consults with and coaches business owners and executives to transform their companies, the work they do and to build cohesive leadership teams.

As Past President and Co-Founder of the Orange County Chapter of The Association for Strategic Planning and previously Vice President on the National Board of Directors, Helen is changing the way we think about strategy. 

Using a conceptualized and proven model, her clients make better strategic decisions faster and minimize normal organizational stress with accompanies growth.  Through her company, Strategic Management Resources, Helen has assisted Fortune 500 corporations and small, privately held companies alike to find their "Business Traction" and to break through the barriers holding them back. Helen brings fresh strategic thinking and on future success and application to grow a healthy organization.

She has worked with a diverse group of clients including those in manufacturing, architecture and design, entertainment, construction, building maintenance services, technology, distribution, medical devices, professional services, finance, and insurance.

Helen Mitchell brings real world experience, not just consultant or academic theory.  As a young Vice President with Lucent Technologies, Helen built a solid reputation as a business leader and turnaround expert. She has led organizations as large as $500M, and has seen business from virtually every angle and every functional discipline.

Helen is a visionary and inspiring leader who has been recognized for her ability to build, grow, and turn organizations around for extraordinary results… fast!

Helen received her Bachelors in Business Administration from Arizona State University and completed Columbia University’s Senior Executive Program. She is currently completing her Masters of Arts in Organizational Leadership at Biola University.
