She started her business career with AT&T becoming a Vice President at the age of 30 and running a $.5 billion organization at the age of 35. She achieved revenue growth of 23% in a market growing at 5%, and in six months improved employee satisfaction 15% and customer satisfaction 17%. She has worked for both Fortune 500 and privately held companies having led every functional discipline. Helen built a solid reputation as a business leader and turnaround expert.

As adjunct faculty at Biola’s Crowell School of Business teaching Leadership, Change and Innovation in the MBA program, and as an MBA mentor, she is influencing the next generation business leaders and women in the workplace.

She holds a B.S. degree from Arizona State University and a Masters in Organizational Leadership from Biola University. She completed Columbia University’s Senior Executive program and is completing a Master’s in Theology at Talbot School of Theology, Biola University.

She previously served as Vice President on the National Board of Directors for the Association for Strategic Planning and as an officer on the Board of Directors for The YMCA of Orange County.
